Health Canada is recalling a number of Mother and Baby Plush Toys due to a choking risk.  Designs include elephant, giraffe, lion, and tiger.  Full details can be found here.

Educators Financial Group has a list of end of year financial considerations including pulling money out of your TFSA before the end of the year if you’ve been using the account to save for something big like a home reno. The reason is if you pull it out this year, you can top up the account again in 2025, but if you pull it out at the start of the new year, you can’t top up again until 2026.

Tesla sales plunge

Tesla sales plunged 40% in Europe last month. Analysts say EU tariffs on the company’s Chinese made cars, an aging line-up, and some potential customers being turned off by Elon Musk’s political positions have led to the sales drop. The company’s sales might have also been boosted the year before by price cuts.
