An over 70-year temperature record was broken in Toronto on Wednesday. The previous record of 21.7 C in 1950 was surpassed when it hit 23.1 C at Toronto Pearson Airport around 3 p.m.

Canada’s 100% duty on Chinese made EVs is keeping some cheaper electric cars out of the country. One researcher says allowing those cheap EVs into the country would add 1.8-million new EVs in Canada over the next decade, lower emissions by 28-million tonnes, and save families $5.3-billion.
