Talks suspended

Mediation has been suspended between Canada Post and the union because the sides are too far apart. The hope is both sides will review their positions and come back to the table.

If you're waiting for a parking permit in the mail, the City of Toronto tells CTV News that thanks to the Canada Post strike, you could be exempt from paying any parking fines.

Winter means business this year

The Weather Network says this winter is going to be colder and more impactful than last year.
