Sweet Roxy, the chocolate lab that was inside an SUV that was stolen in Etobicoke Wednesday is now with her family. Toronto Police say the dog was found Thursday in good health. Roxy and the suspect were discovered at a Brampton residence. Charges are pending.

Tridel has been picked to take over as development manager and general contractor of The One condo project at Yonge and Bloor. The receiver for the project picked Tridel to complete the 85-storey tower after not being able to find a buyer for it.
Canadians’ debt ratio improves… slightly
StatsCan says Canadian households owed $1.73 in debt for every dollar in disposable income they earned in the third quarter. This is the 6th consecutive quarter the ratio has come down. It was driven lower by incomes increasing faster than debt.
