Millennial money crunch
Seems millennials are falling behind other generations on the wealth front, and the drop in housing prices is to blame. They saw their net worth plunge 6.5% over the past year according to StatsCan, compared to all households which saw an increase of more than 5%. Having a bigger chunk of money tied up in housing rather than stocks and other investments drove the millennial slide.
No tax under $1-million!
The Conservatives say if they form the next government, they’re going to axe the federal sales tax on new-build homes sold for less than $1-million. They think it’ll create an extra 30,000 new homes a year.

According to LinkedIn, social media marketing is one of the fastest growing careers in the U.S with nearly 200,000 new roles expected to be created by 2030. Many of the jobs pay well and allow folks to work from home.
