MORNING NEWS SCRAMBLE
Trudeau to resign: Globe and Mail
The Globe and Mail is reporting Justin Trudeau is expected to announce as early as today he will resign as Liberal Party Leader. This, as the Prime Minister faces a caucus revolt and polls show him losing in a landslide to Pierre Poilievre.
